Account details (name, work email, company), the content your agents process inside the tools you connect, and the receipts that record every agent action. We collect usage data about the product itself, never about your customers beyond what your agents need to do their work.
Why we collect it
To run the agents you configure, to produce the handover report, to keep a signed audit trail you can export, and to bill you. We do not sell data and we do not use your content to train any model.
Where it lives
In the region you choose: the EU (Frankfurt) or the US (Virginia). Enterprise customers can run Stillhour inside their own cloud account.
How long we keep it
Agent working memory is kept for 90 days and can be deleted at any time. Receipts are kept for the retention period you set, from 30 days to 7 years.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by writing to privacy@stillhour.ai. We answer within 30 days, usually within two.
